1.1. For users who started their subscription via the web:
Fork.ai has a 30-day refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of payment and we will give you refund.
1.2. Monthly plan Please cancel your plan by managing your subscription and we will stop the deduction for the next billing cycle.
1.3 The annual plan supports refunds within 30 days in proportion to usage.
2.1. Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel.
2.2. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
Open the Fork.ai App and go to the menu on the right.
Select Setting under your profile, then select Subscription.
Go to Manage Plan to update or cancel your subscription.
3.1. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process.
3.2. Fork.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3.3. For any use that violates the Terms and Agreement, Fork.ai will cancel your subscription immediately.
